Network Power Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow opportunities within your pipeline.
  • Manage key accounts and grow the business, develop new customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all Leoch policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with UPS OEM’s, integrators, distributors, end users and engineering consultant personnel in the assigned territory to promote Leoch products and services.
  • Work closely with the local service department to create and maintain 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the battery industry or charger industry.
  • Knowledge of one or all of these – Network Power, Telco power and services, Renewable Energy markets and products.
  • An outstanding track record of influencing decisions and making a positive impact.
  • Energy, initiative, accountability and results orientation are required.
  • A high level of business acumen and the quantitative/analytical capacity to understand complex sales processes.
  • Strategic selling skills, effective negotiating skills, and commitment to customers are required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
