RELiON batteries are certified under the strict criteria of the United Nation’s Manual of Test and Criteria (UN Transportation Testing) Section 38.3. This ensures the safety of lithium batteries during shipping.
The batteries are tested under the following criteria:
CE marking is a Certification mark that indicates conformity with health, safety and environmental protection standards for products sold within the European Economic Area. It confirms that Leoch International Technology Ltd. and RELiON Battery assemble their lithium and chargers in accordance with the requirements of the European directive, complying with IEC 61000-6-1 and 61000-6-3 standards which relate to the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive. It is important to note that CE regulation is not relevant to our lead acid products as these adhere to different regulations.
